Evening meetings start in September

Starting in September 2025, we will be opening the Shed for evening meetings:

• The first and third Thursday of each month
• 1900-2100

The main difference for these meetings is that that no machinery or power tools will be used (with one exception, below) - meaning a hopefully clean and quiet session!

The exact format is a work-in-progress and will depend on what members want to do but potential elements include:

• General chat, socialising, games
• Woodturning with Bob
• Project planning
• Hand tool demonstration/usage
• Other quiet activities - eg IT, electronics, etc with Matthew
• Guest talks

We hope also this will allow us to welcome new members who otherwise are not able to attend on Saturdays.
